You may request cancellation of recurring service access at any time. Unless required by law or explicitly agreed otherwise, cancellations stop future billing and do not automatically create retroactive refunds.
Where onboarding, provisioning, activation, or support work has already been performed, fees for work already delivered may be non-refundable.
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact support promptly with your account email, tenant identifier, and invoice details.
