You are responsible for your exchange account, API keys, access credentials, and all activity performed through your account. You must only connect accounts you are authorized to use.
Brainsquad does not guarantee profit, uptime, win rate, or suitability for any strategy, market condition, or account size.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to protect customers, comply with legal obligations, or maintain service integrity.
We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, non-payment, policy violations, or operational risk.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
